What we collect

For an anonymous video purchase, we collect the delivery email and language you submit, two uploaded photos in the selected left and right order, video format, and technical request data used to limit abuse. No account is created for your email. Stripe processes payment details and provides payment status, payment email and transaction identifiers. We do not receive your full card number. The payment email is recorded separately; delivery uses the email you submit before payment.

Generation, storage and retention

Photos are checked for supported image format and size and stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage. After verified payment, we provide authorized access to your photos and configured reference images to Kie.ai Seedance 2.5 for video generation. We record task status and save the finished video in private R2 storage. Finished videos and associated photos are retained for 14 days after the video is saved. The order page shows the expiry. Paid orders that remain undelivered retain their uploaded photos for up to 14 days after payment. Unpaid uploads expire and are cleaned after checking payment status. Order, payment and delivery records may be retained longer for accounting, support and disputes.

Private links and device history

Your order uses a private access credential. Anyone with the full private order link can access that order while retained. Do not share it publicly. Video preview and download links expire sooner. The database stores a hash of the order credential. Your browser may keep order links in local history so you can return without logging in. You can clear that history; clearing it does not delete server records.

Email and site integrations

Resend sends payment confirmation and completion emails to your submitted delivery email. Messages include a private order link and, for completed videos, the file expiry. Public pages may use analytics or other integrations enabled by the site operator. Advertising, analytics, customer service and automatic sign-in integrations are disabled on private order pages.

Your choices and contact

For privacy questions or deletion requests, use the contact page and provide your order number. Do not publish your private access link.
