Refund Policy

Effective September 28, 2026.

Current videos are one-time purchases for a customized digital product at USD $6.99 for 720P. Generation begins after payment is confirmed.

If technical generation fails, we will continue working with support to retry until a video is successfully delivered. Due to the personalized digital nature of the product, a successfully delivered video is non-refundable. We do not offer refunds after successful delivery for a change of mind, dissatisfaction with an AI-generated result, or a request to use different photos.

If your video has not been delivered, contact support@hotellobbygenerator.com with your order ID. We will investigate and continue working to complete delivery. Orders placed before September 28, 2026 remain subject to the refund terms presented when they were purchased.
